Refund Policy

At Legacy Ecom Pros, LLC, we are committed to delivering exceptional service. We understand that circumstances may change, and this policy outlines your right to cancel and how refunds are processed.

3-Day Right to Cancel

In accordance with applicable state law, you have the right to cancel this agreement within three (3) business days from the date of signing, excluding weekends and holidays.

To exercise this right:

  • Submit your cancellation request in writing via:

  • Requests must be received no later than midnight on the third business day following your signing date.

If your cancellation is submitted within this period, you will receive a full refund, and no further obligations under this agreement will apply.

Refunds After the 3-Day Window

If you request a refund after the initial three (3) business days:

  1. You must request and complete a Refund Request Form by contacting us at support@legacyecompros.com.
  2. We will initiate a refund investigation, during which we will provide a detailed accounting of any resources allocated or expenses incurred on your behalf.
  3. We will carefully review your submission and consider the circumstances; however, please note that we are not obligated to issue a refund at this stage. A response will be provided within ten (10) business days of receiving your completed request.
  4. If a refund is approved, you will receive an email confirmation, and the funds will be returned to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, as processing times may vary by financial institution.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or dispute before contacting us may result in termination of services and forfeiture of eligibility for a refund.
We’re here to help. If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, please reach out—we’ll do our best to resolve any issues quickly and professionally.

Please note:
All sales are final unless otherwise agreed upon in writing or subject to the above terms.
You are not obligated to pay unless this agreement has been signed and returned to Legacy Ecom Pros, LLC.
